How Much Does a Wedding Bar Cost in Bali?

Real prices for a wedding cocktail bar in Bali: free flow per guest, what is included, add-ons, VAT and worked examples for 60 and 100 guests.

Most couples ask the same first question: how much will the bar cost? Here are our real prices, what they include and two worked examples, so you can budget before you send a single email.

The short answer

A wedding free flow bar in Bali costs from IDR 450,000 to IDR 950,000 per guest for 5 hours. For 60 guests on our Classic package, that is IDR 27,000,000 plus 11% VAT.

What you pay per guest

  • Classic, IDR 450,000 per guest: 4 cocktails, house spirits, local beer, a welcome mocktail, soft drinks and fresh juices. 1 bartender per 25 guests.

  • Signature, IDR 650,000 per guest: 5 cocktails including 2 BCC signatures, premium spirits, house wine, local beer and a welcome cocktail. 1 bartender per 20 guests.

  • Reserve, IDR 950,000 per guest: a custom menu of up to 6 cocktails, premium spirits, imported wine, a craft ice program and a printed bar menu. 1 bartender per 15 guests.

Every package runs 5 hours and includes glassware, ice and the bar setup.

Two worked examples

  • 60 guests on Classic: 60 x IDR 450,000 = IDR 27,000,000. With 11% VAT: IDR 29,970,000.

  • 100 guests on Signature: 100 x IDR 650,000 = IDR 65,000,000. With 11% VAT: IDR 72,150,000.

What changes the price

  • Guest count. The price is per guest, so the total moves with your list.

  • Hours. An extra hour costs IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 per guest, depending on the package.

  • Location. Some areas of Bali carry a transport fee.

  • Add-ons. A DJ starts from IDR 4,000,000, a live band from IDR 14,000,000 and a flair show from IDR 2,500,000.

Small wedding or villa dinner?

For up to 20 guests, our Private Party package starts from IDR 9,500,000 for 3 hours, with a mixologist, a bar assistant and 4 cocktails.

Three questions to ask any bar company

  • Are glassware and ice included, or charged on top?

  • How many bartenders per guest? Fewer bartenders means longer queues.

  • Is VAT in the price, or added later?
